The mission of the Career Services Center at Carroll University is to aid students and alumni in developing, evaluating, and effectively initiating and implementing career goals, including the area of leadership and diversity.

Within a year of commencement, approximately 13% of Carroll alumni will pursue advanced studies. Choosing a graduate school and understanding which tests are required and when applications are due can be confusing. The Career Center provides information to aid Carroll students and alumni(ae) in this process.
